Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blazar Store account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the device is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
